Saturday 4/17/10

Today was the 7th Hopfest at The Drafting Room –

{it??is??bar/restaurant about 20 minutes from our house.}

They served a line-up of “hoppy” beers.

Depending on the types of hops used, you’ll get

a different flavor and aroma.

Hoppy can mean the beer is bitter from lots of bittering hops,

or very aromatic and smooth from all the aroma hops.

This was our 2nd HOPFEST.

There were 21 beers on the list. We did try them all.
