I used these spices to liven it up – it was really very tasty
& no leftovers – that’s always a good sign!
The “rooster sauce” as I call it is Tuong ot Sriracha -a hot chili sauce.
Lee Kum King soy sauce is the BEST of all soy sauces –
we get both at Wegman’s (an awesome grocery store near us

And pretty much the ONLY place I buy my spices these days is
PENZEY’s – there is one close to me; I used to do mail order
before I could actually shop there. www.penzeys.com

My boss’s dad died ~ so to show support
Michael & I attended the viewing tonight –
The funeral home was really very nice
with a river view too! – fortunately it wasn’t too sad.
