Today we rode from historic Washington’s Crossing Park on PA side –
up the river (Delaware) to right above Milford, NJ & back….
It was a fun (?) ride!

What would helen do? 
Okay. I give up. Since I don’t ride a bike 6 miles, much less 60, what is wrong with the picture?? Maybe the restroom is called Valley of Concentration because that’s what men need to do in order to hit the bowl!! Or maybe it should be Valley of Constipation!!
Michael had NO water bottle.
Ahhh! I thought the black thing on the bar above the peddles was the water bottle, now I see the empty holder. Yeah. That’s not good.
