my mortgage re-finance papers are in the mail (Fedex)…
We are getting an AWESOME deal.
We got a WAY lower rate, with ZERO points,
plus $$$ back to finish the basement ….
AND “our guy” introduced us to an insurance guy (his brother!)
who is ALSO saving us $$$. The BEST part is:
our payment is even lower than before!!

all the computers in our office were down –
this could be devastating for a busy trading room!
The server finally resolved their issues
& Chris installed a new router
so eventually we were ok.
