Roasted Carrots – FINALLY.
I was reading Cook’s Illustrated on my way home
& they had the secret recipe for roasting carrots.
Of course I had to make them & they were
DELICIOUS!

for an assessment of an injury that Ava sustained

(while wrestling alligators).
Danny was quick on the diagnosis –
YES – she needs to go the hospital & get stitches.
