About a decade ago wine writers from the Wall Street Journal
declared the last Saturday in February: Open That Bottle Night.
The premise is for people to open THAT bottle you’ve been
saving for a special occasion…..
We’ve been celebrating OTBN for a awhile now….
Tonight’s wine line-up
Champagne to start, a white & a red b/c I never know what I am going
to order & I like to be prepared.
The red wine I bought a few years ago after a 50 mile bike ride.

We wanted to try a new restaurant near us.
It is a farm to table place — local, organic meals.
I heard good things about the food & despite
hearing it was pricey we decided to give it a go.

I was super excited to try the fried green tomatoes but they were
unfortunately a disappointment 😦

Chocolate “soup”….. it was interesting…..
