Since I can’t bike or play volleyball I’ve been putting
my cooking skills to work. I like to cook but just don’t ever
have enough TIME!!! now I do…….yay!

grilling watermelon for salsa

here it is all grilled up!
you brush it with olive oil & sprinkle with
Chipolte powder then after grilling
finish with salt

I WOULD make it again!
I also made home-made tortilla chips.

after the grill & after steaming them in a brown bag.

this is SIMPLE to make & DELICIOUS!

MEAT for the grilled flank steak, goat cheese,
roasted pepper baguette bites

need to be topped off with peppers & fig jam

WE took a lot —
also brought the ingredients to make
Strawberry Caipirinhas!!!
very very very tasty……
