Happy Memorial Day!

Hope everyone had a FANTASIC holiday weekend!

deciding WHAT to make for brunch……

i like Huevos rancheros so that’s what I made

tried making eggs on the grill –

they came out GOOD! pretty easy to make

grilled tortilla, grilled eggs

Helen’s version of Huevos Rancheros.

Topped grilled tortilla with refried beans,

grilled eggs, sprinkle of cilantro, smoked mozzarella

and dash of hot sauce garnished with limes

oh this…..look a the picture where I am grilling eggs.

this was in the left hand corner — I was seeing if I could

grill a hard cooked egg — i think I can —

i think it just needs to stay on longer —

very interesting……
