I got the green light to slowly start exercising.
The physical therapist wanted me to start stretching
too – so what’s better than YOGA for that?

I wanted to do a short ride before my “longer” one
on Sunday.
Thought this jersey was good to wear as
a cyclist was recently killed by a motorist.
(there is a $25,000 reward ot find the killer

rode 12 miles today which was good just

rode through the industrial park where they tore
down trees & are now building a COSTCO

industrial park. it is a “GREEN” building.

We were suppose to go furniture shopping but the store we were going
to CLOSED. So we decided to stop & visit our old neighbors
Adam & Vanessa who moved Friday.
