Yesterday was my “easy bike ride” just getting back in the saddle.
Today I took a longer & more challenging ride with the bike club.
Our friend Roy was leading & we ALWAYS love his rides!

We visited the bench located at Solebury School
that was dedicated to Roy’s wife who died a few years ago.
They met at the school years ago & were married soon after that!

Michael likes lasagna so that is what I made for him for Father’s Day.
This was the “easy one” with ground beef, sauce from a jar & Monterrey jack cheese!

this was smokey cheese & sausage lasagna where I had to make my own sauce.
I used smoked mozzarella & sweet Italian sausage.
We all liked BOTH LASAGNAS – very tasty!
