relaxing Sunday 7.31.11
Yesterday was a long day – up early –
playing 9 games of volleyball in the HEAT,
dinner after & home LATE —
so that designated Sunday as a day to relax, really.
Read the paper in bed, fed the birds, did laundry…….relaxed!

I needed new cross trainers so we went to
Eastern Mountain Sports —
we went to REI the other night but I didn’t find any there.

my new kicks – ASICS — aka “Ass Kicks” –
cross trainers so I can jump higher & run faster
|
|
|
|
Sad that BORDERS is going out of business –
good for us b/c everything is on sale
|
|
|
|
they have more than books — but they are not
discounted enough yet – we’ll go back when they
have better sales
|
|
|

|
I did buy some cards – they are 40% off
|
|
|
|
I also go these FUN pencils —
called SHMENCILS – they smell like the flavor they are labeled

|
i needed some bird food so we stopped at LOWE’s.

We went to Taormina’s because they are going on vacation.
They are closed all week.

What would helen do? 
Those new shoes look like you will be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Plus they are purple which is really awesome 🙂
Yes – the purple was what SOLD me 🙂 I was supposed to get up early today & try them out in my sports training class – but I was too tired & slept in instead. Actually a little disappointed in myself…….
