5 August 2011 Fish Friday
Our friend Michael from the bike club does Seafood Saturday each week.
He invited us to come for dinner but we couldn’t make it until November.
I asked if we could possibly to FISH FRIDAY instead….Fridays are better for us.
Michael & I with dogs in tow went over to Michael & Judith’s for dinner.

I was in charge of brining salad – I made a Caesar salad –
it is my Michael’s favorite
|

most of the ingredients for making Caesar salad dressing
– it’s pretty easy to make
(i made it the night before sp the flavors would meld)
here is the recipe:

I made a paste of the anchovies & garlic so it would blend better
|
|
|
|
salad dressing was very tasty but there were a few tweaks
i would make next time I make it & I WILL make it again
as it was DELICIOUS
|

We visited the fish we gave Michael for his pond.
They are all doing well & no casualties to date.
