Caesar Dressing (with mayonnaise)

 Caesar Dressing (with mayonnaise)
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
4 anchovy fillets (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or white wine vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (use the THICK one – if you have it)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise  (use more)
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (use less)

Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl.

I liked making the garlic & anchovies into a paste
so it would mix better with all the ingredients.

I put in a jar when I was finished so I could
shake it up really good!

for finishing touches
sprinkle a GENEROUS amount of grated cheese
(traditional is parmesan – i use whatever is the fridge)
add croutons then dressing MIX it up & EAT!!!!
