Helen’s NO COOK PASTA sauce
4 cups chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbs fresh Basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
6 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup feta cheese
pasta – whatever shape you like!
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl & stir well.
Let stand at least 10 minutes.
Boil the pasta. Ladle the room temperature sauce onto
the HOT PASTA. Sprinkle generously with feta cheese.
