It’s been awhile since I attended a wine tasting.
Took a little break for the summer.
Missed the wine tastings & the people A LOT.
Thought I’d have to miss this month too because of the
“job situation”* but LUCKY for me, friend Tom said he’d
treat as an early birthday present. Thanks TOMMY!

September Wine Tasting features wine from Spain in honor of
Erika – the wine rep who usually hosts our dinners.
Erika & Michael were recently married
& they are now in Spain for their honeymoon.

it was a lighter bodied white, reminded me of a
sauvignon blanc

grilled vegetable gazpacho paired with
Penelope Sanchez granacha/syrah

i liked this blend. 85% Granacha 15% Syrah
