today sister PAT treated me to a concert for
my birthday (that never ends!)
What’s not to like?? IT was a really FUN concert!
The concert was held in New Brunswick, NJ —
NOT 20 minutes away — more like an hour & 20 minutes!

downtown New Brunswick, NJ.
a campus of Rutgers University is located here
we parked (lucky parker parking spot!!!)
next to this really cool old cemetery that I
really wanted to explore, am I weird??
across the street was this interesting cafe –
NAMASTE’ CAFE
~after doing research on this place we probably should have tried it –
it got GREAT reviews!!!

ELKS Building….
not sure what they do but I LIKED their statue!
no cameras allowed so i had to be stealth.
We had good seats!
during intermission I wandered out to the lobby
& “gift shop” area – I found it funny they would
sell EAR PLUGS at a concert hall!

Stopped to see brother Raymond on our way home
from the concert. This the ART BARN as I call it.
Ray’s wife Rosemary has a graphic design studio
on the other end.
Raymond has designed some new jewelry pieces.
Do you need something CUSTOM MADE??
let me know!!
Next weekend there is a studio tour in the
New Hope area. Ray’s studio will be on the circuit.
If you ever wanted to see him in action
NOW is your chance!!!

MICHAEL (back) with our friend ROY (front).
ROY is moving to Bellingham in Washington State.
This was his “farewell ride”
(that I missed bc I went to the concert).
(Kelli – know anyone in Bellingham??)
