DELICIOUSNESS.
BEYOND shows a clear pale yellow color.
The BOUQUET is strong & florally.
Citrusy with definite hints of LIME!
It’s crisp & mild on the palate.
Medium bodied, a little tart which reminds me of green apple.
The finish is dry with slight mineral aftertaste.
Very easy drinking, would pair nicely with seafood –
or my favorite….grilled cheese!!!
