our friend Jim & his friend Chris have been
brewing beer for awhile. I asked to be included
next time they brewed a batch. Today was the day!
We were making an Imperial STOUT today.

it all starts here –

100 Billion yeast cells —
I lost count after a million….

the guys get a few recipes that sound interesting,
combine the best of what they like
& come up with their own concoction……….
