2.21.12 gym, birthday dinner

Started the day at the GYM.
LA FITNESS has worked out well for me.
I can use any of many in Pennsylvania.
There are 2 within 10 minutes of my house
& 3 others about 15-20 minutes away.
NO EXCUSES!!!!

Everyone setting up for the class:
Total Body Conditioning plus ABS.
The classes do get quite crowded.

weights, water & sweat towel –
some of the tools needed for today’s workout.

Beach volleyball is just a few months away
& we have a 6 mile obstacle course mid-July.

Who is IN for the Down & Dirty???
It’s FUN!

Did the Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s/Liquor Store run.
It’s about 20 minutes from Ivyland so it’s easy
to hit them all in one trip.
OH – there is a ALSO an LA FITNESS literally
MINUTES away as well……how convenient.

spent the afternoon STUDYING.
The more I learn the more I realize how much
I don’t know…..

Danny’s birthday is Wednesday 2/22 but we are took
him to dinner tonight.

it is CLOSED on Tuesday’s —
who would have thought they’d be CLOSED?
