Each year we celebrate Open That Bottle Night (OTBN).
It is held the last Saturday of February.
Find, open, and enjoy with friends that special bottle of sumpin’ sumpin’ you’ve been ‘saving’ for a ‘special’ occasion…..

We held this year’s OTBN at Albertino’s in Willow Grove.
It’s a new restaurant that we all enjoyed!

I brought a 2007 Chappellet Chardonnay & a
2004 Behrens & Hitchcock Cuvee.
….and some toys…..

Joseph Phelps 1997 Insignia was Tommy’s other wine.

~ shitake, oyster and crimini mushrooms
sautéed in white wine served with fresh herbs
and melted fontina cheese oncrostini.

~fresh baby Arugula served with lemon vinaigrette,
gorgonzola cheese and fresh tomato with SHRIMP
