I’d really like to attend this BOOT CAMP class but
will be attending a Brewfest instead.
(tickets still available!)

Just wanted to give a heads up to those
who are LA FITNESS members & didn’t know about
the Extreme Boot Camp.
You can do anything for an hour right?

been making deviled eggs as a tasty snack to
have on hand. I love buying LOCAL – as you know!

“needed” some lotion & this is where I like to get it:
Bath & Body Works. I don’t go here often & they gave
me some pretty good coupons – does anyone need some?

These are the lotions I like.
If you ever need to buy me a gift & don’t want
to get me WINE – this would be a perfect gift for me!
These specific flavors too.

poor Weasel – she just can’t hang on the longer runs
anymore – I brought her home after 1/2 mile.
Then ran another 1.5 miles with Chester.
Looped around & got Weasel for the last 1/2 miles.

REMINDER — leave a bag of groceries at your
mailbox on Saturday – the mail carrier will pick it up
(unless you are Debbie)

The route to our destination is never a straight one. – We take questionable turns and we get lost.
But it doesn’t always matter which road we embark on;
what matters is that we embark.
Either way life will likely get a little complicated,
and bring unexpected hurdles and changes.
But that’s okay.
Sometimes you have to stumble
and feel weak for a little while
to realize how strong you really are.
