Taken last July out on the salt flats
on the border of Utah and Nevada

by the creek on Pineville Rd that has a bridge out
for YEARS. Rumor has it will be getting fixed soon.
We rode 18 miles today. It was short & sweet.
All good.

went over to Tanner Brothers Farm to get some produce.
It was a bright sunny day – I don’t know why many
of these cows were lying down.
Or were they laying? do you know??

We noticed this cow with HUGE UDDERS.
she needs to get MILKED, NOW!

I made a Mexican fiesta dinner
inspired by a ripe avocado.
Instead of beef tacos I used mushrooms
& they were VERY TASTY!
I also made my own version of refried beans,
they were equally as tasty.

I drank this wine & should have written a review –
but I guess I was being lazy?? & didn’t.
The Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc was
absolutely delicious – I would definitely
recommend buying it & sharing it with ME.

speaking of DUCKS……
Sugarplum & Sebastian came for a visit tonight –
they flew in while I was sitting on the deck
having dinner. Maybe they are getting used to us?
They love swimming & frolicking in our pond.
They also gobble up all the sprouts that grow
from the bird seeds.

My friend is selling this Fairy Sculpture for an
incredible price. If I had a real job I’d be buying it
but since I can’t maybe you can???
