Of course they have to get wrapped in
“Chester Cheese” (the individually wrapped cheeses)
or else they spit out the pills.
And you can’t buy “generic cheese” because
they won’t eat that either. They are high maintenance.

I helped someone with their wine today.
I carried a case of wine to their car & I saw this book
in her trunk. I asked her about it & she said I could have it
bc she was taking the box of books to the library.
A book about EVEREST as a tip = COOL!

I have a volleyball tournament on Saturday
& Michael is biking so I wanted us to carbo load.
I made a “clams casino” angel hair pasta dish –
it was DELICIOUS!

this is what happens when you crash your bike
& don’t wear a helmet.
My friend’s Uncle HAS a helmet but
chose not to wear it so it didn’t offer
much protection when he crashed…….
Do you think he will wear a helmet going forward?
