today I did a Pilates class. kind of a recovery day
after volleyball & biking this past weekend.

I made a big batch of Ted Turner’s Secret Salt Recipe.
I gave a jar of it to sister PAT as a going away present.
She is going on “vacation” for 3 months……..
and will be cooking 3 meals a day.
She definitely will need the secret salt!

I had a dentist appt today at 1pm.
WHO makes a 1pm dentist appt??
WHAT was I thinking???
Well, the good news was:
I had a perfect check-up 🙂

sister Pat & I went to ShopRite – they offer some
locally grown produce
|

I got some BRAIN WATER just for the novelty of it.
I tried it & it’s tasty but I probably won’t buy it
on a regular basis.

Chester & Weasel assisted in a neighborly good deed.
We had to put out the trash for a neighbor who
was out of town.
|
|
|
|
We also watered plants for our neighbors.
|
|
|
|
