Today Michael & I were competing in a race.
There are donuts at each rest stop & you get
3 minutes off your time for each donut you eat.
Donuts……is there anything
they can’t do?
our drive there was a wet one –
we weren’t sure we would actually be
able to ride but we took a chance
the race started here at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center

I had ONE!!
I could have eaten more but I didn’t want to!
I heard one year they ran out of donuts —
no chance of that happening this year!

avg pace was 16mph – that’s good for ME!
a little party afterwards —
we didn’t know it was byob –
but we know for next year!

this girl won her division without eating ANY donuts.
The guy who won the “gut buster” award ate 32 donuts!
there are many benefits to biking –
not so sure about the donut eating part….
do you know why I pulled you over? ….
besides the obvious…..
