9/13/12 boot camp, bike & brew, dolphin rescue

started the day with Boot Camp —

I needed it just to keep my mind

off other things!!

we started the brew portion of Bike & Brew

with Port Brewing Anniversary Ale

Port Brewing Hop-15 Ale

~ this was a high favorite

and the best Beer on the Planet —

Stone Enjoy by 09.21.12 IPA

There is no better time that right

NOW to enjoy this beer……

(only another week to drink it!)

which was not my favorite

30 dolphins were carried ashore with the tide on a beach near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The dolphins were beached, wriggling helplessly for a few minutes, until about a dozen beach-goers began freeing the animals from the sand.
