Tinicum Park.
In a couple weeks this park will be
overflowing with Cyclists.
Each year our Bike Club sponsors the
Covered Bridge Ride which begins here.

We were doing some recon work for the
pending Bike Ride – we may have to re-route
part of the ride onto this cinder road because of
a bridge that is out
|

A too tall truck plowed through the bridge
knocking out every one of the boards.
Fortunately they caught the guy who damaged the bridge.
Unfortunately for us it puts a hiccup in 3 of our
5 rides – so alternatives must be sought.

it was a short ride today — 9.1 miles —
a recovery exercise day after beach volleyball.
|
|
|
|

|
I successfully put off doing homework for most of the day.
I finally forced myself to get it started. ugh.
Wine school sounds FUN but it is VERY CHALLENGING.
Enough so that I was questioning WHY I am
doing this!!??!!

I signed up for it so I am doing it…….

after homework I put together a quick dinner for us.
Red green & white…..
Pasta w/ seafood in a brandy pink sauce,
sauteed spinach & linguine with garlic & olive oil.

completed the Rock n’ Roll 1/2 marathon today!
