They have some nice white wines
& a few interesting reds.

got to school early, forgot my dinner at work
so I stopped at an old “go to place”
when we worked at the stock exchange.
Tampopo is a Korean restaurant
& offers lots of tasty dishes!

I tend to get this dish often :
Hot Spicy Beef Bowl.
They give you a lot so it’s good for two meals.
btw – if you “byob” – bring your own bowl –
you save 50 cents!

Tonight’s was pretty easy – hoping the blind tasting
will be about the same for the exam.

just by looking a the color – with spirits you
really can’t do that

since we tasted spirits in school I thought I’d
break out a Spirit at home.
Snap tastes a little like gingersnap cookies –
I mix it with cream soda & it’s quite tasty!
