SOME of the wines we brought tonight.
Not a bad one in the group!I brought the Spring Valley Vineyard wine
from Walla Walla, Washington.

Uriah 2002 Red Blend
Crisp and lively, raspberry, red pepper and spice flavors,
Lingering impressively on the juicy finish.
Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

The dinner was held at Petite Passion,
a restaurant school in Philadelphia.Petite Passion is where our wine class was held in the Fall.
The dinner is a great deal:
The $25 prix fixe dinner includes six courses.
There is one seating for Dinner at 7pm.
Petite Passion is BYOB at dinner.
