it is 20% Semillion & 80% Sauvignon Blanc |

We also tasted this wine —
a sparkling wine from New Mexico
(French Winemaker) |

We were competing for a spot on the wine list.
Not so sure how I did.
I was up against some real veterans.
I’m going to chalk this one up as experience. |
