While we were at the Produce store we

the cows were going in to eat — one by one
they got the memo & went strolling in…. |

They were hanging out begging for ice cream.

a couple weeks ago I mentioned putting salt on watermelon.
(which I did not really care for)
friend Denise suggested I try this concoction:
brush a little olive oil on pineapple & sprinkle with salt.
I did try it & it was actually ok.
I think it cut some of the acidity in the pineapple.
BUT – with that said – I do like my fruit
au naturel – so I most likely will not be
eating my pineapple this way.
