| Hawk I saw on walk with Chester today |
|
|
| Chester at the specialty veterinarian office.
He needed an ultrasound to diagnose his problem.
Originally they thought he had cancer but then reconsidered
that diagnosis based on lab results.
Basically, Chester has hyperparathyroidism.
The specialty vet recommended surgery ($2,000)
which really is not an option unless Chester
finds an anonymous donor to sponsor him.
We will talk to our primary vet & explore
other options.
if anyone has experience with this disease
regarding treatment please share what you know! |

Lunch at STEAM today with sister Pat.
Pat is retired & I have a vacation day, YAY!
so we had time for a sister lunch |

Today we drove both cars to the shore & left the SUV
there as we are biking to the shore Saturday & need
a ride home! Ragin Cajun is one of Michael’s favorite
places to eat so we started his birthday weekend here. |

It is delicious & surprisingly NOT garlicky. |

There was another guy here celebrating his birthday.
We had not cake, candles or singing for Michael!

but we always tend to make it s weekend celebration.
And this is a BIG BIRTHDAY!
