Boot Camp today

My EGG STAND has expanded – it always does
in the summer. They have tomatoes. peppers,
zucchini, cucumbers, cantaloupe , watermelon
& more!

First Call today was at LuLu Golf Club –
no sale 😦

next was Slate Bleu — they are my customer but didn’t buy any of the wine I showed them 😦

Ran into these ladies – friend of my brother.
Jeanie, Lee & standing is Lynn –
she owns PUCK – one of my accounts.
I hope to do more with them.

Met up with friend Billy at IRON ABBEY –
one of my accounts.
Billy was sharing some Sales Tips with me –
excellent ones, I must say!

The IPA selection tonight was lacking –
but didn’t have to get a Miller Lite –
thank GOD!

started the day with the GYM!

someone was FIFTY!!! Holy Sh*t!

Today I sold him WINE!

Everyone was posting pictures of the moon.
It really could only be fully appreciated in person.

Saturday 8/17/13 Bicycling and BBQ

Saturday 8/17/13
friend ADAM was home visiting from California.
We had ELEVEN people come out for our Adam ride!!!

Adam requested we stop at this bakery –
now that he lives in California he can’t get
the special Carrot muffins from Colonial Market

Next stop was C’est La Vie bakery in New Hope.
friend Rich couldn’t bike today so I promised him
we’d hit all the bakeries for him in his honor

We never get tire of riding in Bucks County –
it’s always quite scenic & we are always
thankful we live in such an awesome area.

I took a wrong turn near the end of the ride
& ended up splitting from the group.
BUT LUCKY ME – came upon these creatures –
Turkey Vultures….

There was ROAD KILL (my raccoon??)
and he was determined to get it!!

45 miles, about 1700 calories…..
it was a great ride with great friends.

We hosted a BBQ to celebrate our friends
Adam & Vanessa coming home to visit.

Thursday 8/14/13 RACCOON! sales calls, wine tasting….

YES – it’s what you think it is ….
A raccoon in our bathroom….
YES – INSIDE the house, a RACCOON!!!

I took a screen shot of the picture to document the time.

A raccoon got in the house, apparently through the dog door. There was a brief scuffle with the dogs.
I was able to get the dogs out of the bedroom & confine the raccoon to the bedroom. Rocky went into the bathroom but I couldn’t lock him in there bc we don’t have a door on the bathroom. (That’s another story). I was able to knock the screen out of a window & herd him out through that opening. Mind you, it’s a second story so it had a little bit of a fall.

I don’t know how I stayed so calm.
I guess one rises to the occasion.

I NEEDED the gym today!!

I had a few wine tastings today & lots of leftover wine.
That’s the GOOD part about my job.
I sold wine to every customer today AND
opened two new accounts. Woo hoo!!

I made a BIG BATCH of my special margaritas
made with my jalapeño strawberry infused tequila

Friend Jessica came over & helped drink some wine!
