We had all kinds of stuff going on at Beer School tonight.
Besides BEER:
We had wings, bread, pizza, infused Tequila making, margaritas made with infused tequila & it was Bill’s birthday!
We ended the evening with one of my favorites. mmmmm Victory at Sea. Coffee Vanilla Imperial Porter.

where the customer did not show up.
Did not confirm, did not cancel,
just let me show up with a bag of wine
& then not be there for various excuses.
I don’t get how people do this.

Fabulous bottle of wine I was able to show
my next customer. Hasn’t bought it, yet.
I don’t know why. Once it gets on the list they
won’t be able to keep it on there bc it will sell out!

brought a nice bottle of Pinot Noir.
The owner of this vineyard is originally from Bucks County.
A great follow-up to the 94-point 2007,
the 2008 Flowers Sonoma Coast Pinot is garnet colored
and smells like cherry compote and licorice.
Jesse made us Eggplant parmesan –
veggies from his garden.
It was delicious Jesse – thanks for the invite!!
