YAY! A found a place that sells FLAGELS….
bad part is – they are located 2 hours away.

I found the Flagels at a Bagel shop in Montvale NJ
near our corporate office.

we had a Sake Seminar today.
My office in Philly was closed to I drove to
headquarters for the class.

these range from $10 to $200

friend Jes lives on my way home so I stopped for a visit.

This place got good reviews on Yelp & I was in the
mood for Pizza. The YELP reviews were wrong.
It was not very good. Live & Learn.
Yelp usually is a pretty good indicator.

Today I was up in Easton (an hour from Ivyland)
Visiting accounts & doing some cold calling.
If anyone thinks my job is “easy”, think again……
it’s not.

Started reading a REALLY GOOD book.
Have you read it??

Wine tasting & a SALE!

We were tasting at MAXIM’s 22 in Easton but my customer
was buying for her other restaurant Sette Luna,
also in Easton. We “own” the wine list there.

In between appointments & cold calling I needed
to make some phone calls, enter some orders,
send emails & send texts.

They weren’t open until 4pm. I’ll have to go back.

The spiedie /ˈ s p iː d i / is a sandwich local to Endicott, NY in the Southern Tier of New York State, and somewhat more broadly known and enjoyed throughout Central New York.[1] A spiedie consists of cubes of chicken, pork, lamb, veal, venison or beef. The meat cubes are marinated overnight or longer (sometimes for as long as two weeks under a controlled environment) in a special marinade, then grilled on spits (if steel skewers are used, they are called “spiedie rods”) over a charcoal pit.

I made my own version of a Spiedie:

Grilled chicken with mushrooms & cheese

made a grilled eggplant parmesan too.
it’s easy to make & tasty too!

Monday 8/25/14 Rainbow Restoration, Blue Dog Family Tavern Event

Rainbow restoration checking on the
extent of the water damage in our basement.
It wasn’t too bad. We just need new rugs.

Rainbow came by today to take away all the fans.

Tonight we attended an Event at the Blue Dog.
