Thursday 7/8/10 Club bike Ride
~ lean attendance tonight – the heat scared everyone away?
Joyce, Greg, Helen, Adam & Dean.
I only rode 16 miles b/c the heat was kicking my butt.
I didn’t think getting the chills & being nauseous was
a good sign? or was i just being a “puss”?

my friend Rich is up in Cape Cod on vacation.
He told me his goal was to ride 200 miles for the week.
With sister Pat’s help – we made up this certificate for him.
He’ll be surprised when he gets home 🙂

How cool, a cupcake truck! Someone tapped into a great idea.
Yeah – but what about my idea of a DAQUIRI TRUCK? I Like THAT IDEA!!
