Yummm! Dinner looked good. The "mushroom bacon" looked REALLY good. Are they "mushroom bacon" because they’re made w/ bacon?
I sent you the "original bacon mushroom recipe". Last night I strayed a little – i used "regular mushrooms" and some other kind – I don’t even know what they were – just in the fridge is what they were. Sister Pat bought them. Also – I cooked them at 400 degrees probably for 20 minutes – you just have to keep your eye one them. I can tell you they are DELICIOUS & I can never make enough. We NEVER have leftovers of "bacon mushrooms".
