Tonight I took a class at the New Hope Solebury HS
(about 20ish minutes from Ivyland)
to learn how to make PIEROGIES.

this was JULIA our awesome teacher

Pierogies are fairly easy to make –
flour, milk, eggs & oil —
and whatever filling you want.

the fillings we used tonight were the
traditional potato & sauerkraut.
We also made dessert ones that were yummy.
For those we used berries, almond paste & peaches.

first your boil the Pierogi for a minute-
then you saute it in butter
