As you most know it is HOT here in Ivyland.
We usually bike after work on Thursday nights
(unless one has broken ribs or has to work late).
I knew there was NO WAY I would want to come home
after work then bike in 100 degree heat –
so i got up early & left for a short bike ride at 5:30 a.m.

my co-worker Roger brought me some Limburger Cheese.
I told him I never had it & he brought some for me to try.
It was good, I liked it. Haven’t met a cheese I didn’t like!

Michael gave me flowers because he was
impressed I got up early & went biking before
work in the holy hot heat.
Seriously, does he not know me?
I wasn’t impressed – I just DID IT. Nice flowers though!!!

What would helen do? 
i love getting up early (I’m up by 4:45 every weekday & 5:30 weekends). It’s the best time of the day! I love the quiet and just listening to day come awake.
yeah – i am pretty much up at 5 – 530 everyday — that’s why i was so shocked that Michael was "impressed" – i get up early EVERY day & exercise…………
