ZERO miles ridden today – woo hoo!
After a week of riding up & down hills but feeling like it was more UP than down
it was time for a relaxing day – i mean we are on VACATION!!
This was our last day in Maine & I scheduled a massage with Nikki.
It was soooooo great. IN fact – I’d recommend traveling to Maine
JUST for one of her massages!!!!  really!

A Quarterly Publication that prints only positive press!!!

I sense a collaboration of some sort!!!
