After taking the test I was HUNGRY.
I was near READING TERMINAL so I strolled over there.

Reading Terminal is a unique place that has a little bit
of everything. It is popular with tourists & locals as well.
It is “a unique and extraordinary historic farmers market
in Center City Philadelphia.”
|

|
|
|
It is a HUGE market with a plethora of vendors
|
|
|
|
|
Produce fresh from the field.
|
|
|
|
|
Fresh assortment of cheeses
|
|
|
|
Seafood. or in this case SEE FOOD??
or maybe FOOD SEE b/c that crab is looking RIGHT AT US!

|
|

The Basic 4 Vegetarian Snack Bar is where I always shop.
|
|
|
|
I ALWAYS get their Vegetarian “chicken salad”.
It is the best chicken salad I ever ate!!!!

After lunch I decided to walk down to 30th street train station to catch the train.
It was only about 15 blocks or so. On my way I took a few photos.

At the Municipal Services Building,
visitors can find many larger than life
game pieces from popular board games
as well as a statue of former mayor Frank Rizzo.

There was some kind of janitor union demonstration
going on — they were busing them in!

GUAPOS TACOS — a VERY popular lunch truck.
This was early but in another 1/2 hour the line
will literally be DOWN THE STREET!

|
|
|
It was unusual for me to see a boat on the Schuylkill River.
I like the skyline behind the bridge.
30th street train station is right across the street.
