Thanks Stefanie! Elizabeth – I’m not sure about the Advanced Course – I heat it is QUITE challeninging — all that smelling & tasting & describing!! I will check the schedule & figure out where I am in life by then! Are you taking it? I’m guessing you passed the exam as well?
