We used to give the dogs free choice of food.
They are not “Labrador like” & will NOT gobble
down every morsel put in front of them.
Now that Chester has become a “problem dog”
he has to be on a regular feeding schedule.
Here he is waiting for breakfast.

the gym.  As you know, I go.
The gym is a habit for me.
There’s never a thought process
whether I’m going or not.
I just get up & GO!
I guess that would be a GOOD HABIT?

Study Notes
I’ve been studying HARD.
Made up all these flashcards & have lots more to do.

two bottles of wine are always good –
one white one red!

I need some confidence NOW!
With all the studying I had done I felt

pretty good about the exam.

Then with the review it reminded me of
all that I don’t know…..

One good thing about school in the city
is I can take the train & catch up on some reading!

If the distractions are too compelling,
then your goal is too small.
To strengthen your focus,
raise your ambitions.Make your purpose ten times more appealing
than anything that could distract you.
Make your goal so meaningful
and compelling
that nothing can compete with it
for your time and attention.
