Lanikai Beach in Oahu
Lanikai Beach is located in Lanikai, a community in the town
of Kailua and on the windward coast of Oahu, Hawaii.
The name Lanikai means “heavenly sea.”
This small ½ mile strip of beach
is consistently ranked among the best beaches
in the world. |

Hālona Blowhole is a rock formation and a blowhole
on the island of Oahu, Hawaii
off of Hanauma Bay at Hālona Point
overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Mānoa Falls is a waterfall in Manoa,
on the island of Oahu in Hawaii,
featuring a vertical drop of about 150 feet.
It is accessible from the nearest road
by a hike of approximately 1.5 miles. |

The Pillbox Hike
The Lanikai Pillbox Hike,
also popularly known as the Kaiwa Ridge Trail,
is one of the most picturesque and pleasant Oahu hiking trails.
This intermediate hike rises just above beautiful Lanikai Beach Oahu,
rewarding hikers with some of the best vistas of Oahu’s windward side. |

was declared a protected marine life conservation area
and underwater park in 1967.
Formed within a volcanic cone,
today Hanauma Bay offers a pristine marine ecosystem.

Pearl Harbor, located on the island of Oahu,
is one of the most frequently visited historic places in Hawaii.
An estimated 1.5 million people visit Pearl Harbor every year
to pay their respects to those who perished on this
“day that will live in infamy”
and to learn about an important part of world history. |

Shangri La near Diamond Head
Ka’alawai Beach is located at the foothills of
Diamond Head on Oahu’s south shore.
The beach fronts the upscale neighborhood of
Ka’alawai.
It is a narrow, white-sand beach
with a shallow reef offshore. |

Byodo-In Temple in Kaneohe, Hawaii
The Byodo-In Temple is a non-denominational shrine
located on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i
at the Valley of the Temples.
It was dedicated in August 1968
to commemorate 100-year anniversary
of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii. |

Pipeline surfing on the North Shore
The Banzai Pipeline, or simply “Pipeline” or “Pipe,” is a surf reef break
located in Hawaii, off Ehukai Beach Park in Pupukea on O’ahu‘s North
Shore. A reef break is an area in the ocean where waves start to break
once they reach the shallows of a reef. Pipeline is notorious for huge
waves which break in shallow water just above a sharp and cavernous
reef, forming large, hollow, thick curls of water that surfers can tube ride. |
