Time for a Bike Ride!!!
Needed a recovery exercise – so we mostly
stayed Flat on the ride today

we stopped & had breakfast —
we liked Lovin’ Oven – it just took
a REALLY long time to get breakfast

7.13.13 Merrell Down & Dirty 10k Race & Celebration!

Saturday July 13th Race Day!!!

Today was the Merrell Down & Dirty
10K Obstacle Course race….-
sometimes your shoes come off so
it is best to duck tape them on.
I couldn’t decide which to use Hello Kitty
or BACON – so I used one of each!

Friday 7.12.13 Portugal wine class, Iron Abbey

Today we learned all about Portuguese wines

I grabbed 4 bottles AFTER CLASS to take to
Celso, the owner of Iron Abbey & naBrasa steak house.
Celso likes Portuguese wines.
Let’s hope he finds one he likes!

While we were at Iron Abbey I decided to have
beer flight……

And we grabbed dinner too.
I like burgers with eggs on them.
They’re tasty!!this is two meals for me…..

It was pretty much raining cats & dogs
so Michael offered me door to door service.
Lucky ME!

Wednesday 7.10.13 Tribal Challenge part TWO

We had to carry this bucket & not spill ANY Water —
well we started out with less water than we should
have so it LOOKED like we spilled water but
really didn’t

so…. I decided we should throw rocks in
the bucket to raise the water level.
BRILLIANT, right?! no one said we couldn’t!

Hey!!!! you splashed me with mud…..

Tuesday 7/9/13 running, gym & Mozzarella Making Class

Went for a run this a.m. – about 900 degrees, at least.
Saw this guy running with a sweatshirt on –
is it a suicide mission???
Seriously, I would DIE running in that.
Why do you NEVER see girls doing this??
