Monday 7/8/13 work, cookies, coffee, Allegro Grille, RumChata, Wine

Monday 7/8/13
Mondays are good days to work from home.
We don’t usually have appointments on Mondays.

Joyce brought these cookies over.
They’re not labeled with calories or anything –
so I guess that means they are ZERO CALORIES?

I made this cup of coffee HOURS AGO &
forgot all about it.
It was ice-cold by the time I discovered it –
which worked out great for me bc
I just made some iced coffee & it was GOOD!

later I made a sales call at Allegro Grille

Allegro Grille is located in Maple Glen –
does anyone know the owner?
I believe his name is Paolo?

Sunday 7/7/13 errands, cooking , dinner! Chester playmates

needed to get some items for today’s cooking extravaganza.
First stop was to Tanner’s Produce Store.
of course, we visited the Butter Cake!
didn’t buy, just visited.

TASTE sells flavored olive oils & balsamic vinegars.
needed some white balsamic vinegar & sherry vinegar.

Wegmans for more supplies.

WOO HOO– I found some fancy Polar Spring waters.
on sale too!!!!!!!

Saturday 7/6/13 Biking lots o’ miles, good deed, Churchville Inn

Saturday 7/6/13

today the guys were doing 100 miles on their bikes.
I was scheduled to do 85 miles.
a couple of bikers were going to ride 50 miles.
Something for everyone.

I ended up riding almost 80 miles.
It was a good ride despite the HOT weather

Michael found this phone & we were bummed it
was too destroyed to even answer it.
you know someone was looking for their phone.
We took it to a store & they will be able to contact
the person that lost it.

later we went to dinner at the Churchville Inn
with friends Mary, Tom & Joyce –
our biking partners in today’s adventure.

I like how they label the beer!!

it was good having dinner here —
I made a contact for work!!!

I tried an interesting dish —
waffles & chicken – it was good!

7/5/13 baby bluebird, sushi, Sertinos Cafe, Chester, Hector’s Pizza

Still only have one baby bluebird –
it’s been REALLY HOT & he’s been quite lethargic.
I hope he makes it. Doesn’t look good for
more eggs hatching.

– DELICIOUS & only 340 calories.
spicy tuna volcano rolls. soooo good!

sister Pat & I stopped at our neighbors restaurant.
The cleaning people were at our house
& we couldn’t go home!

I had a Monkey Mocha Freeze.
Coffee drink with chocolate & banana

Chester getting his LAST antibiotic pill.
He’s been on antibiotics since May for an
infection that the doctor originally thought
might have been cancer.

no more antibiotics for Chester!
and he’s not going to die!!
the infection is all cleared up 08

I wasn’t too hungry but Michael wanted to get dinner.
We went to our neighbor Hector’s restaurant.

This soda machine was awesome!!
A plethora of flavors.
Diet Mello Yello in all flavors:
regular, grape, orange, cherry.

I’m generally not a soda drinker
but occasionally I like to have one.

I LOVE the decoy keyboard idea!!

I love that the 4th of July features a CARDINAL!
it’s going to be a GREAT DAY!

our Baby Bluebird still has no siblings –
very odd. We will give the other eggs a few
more days to hatch then remove them.

FIVE BILLION DOLLARS

after that BBQ we stopped at neighbors Chris & Melanie.
They had former neighbors Lanny & Kelli over for a bbq.

Lanny & Kelli used to live in Ivyland then they moved to
Kentucky, China (twice) , North & South Carolina & now they
are back to the Philadelphia area – yay!

FIREWORKS!! ooooohhhh aaaaahhhh

3rd of July Wednesday 2013 Chester, FRED’s, dog mani/pedi, DMC Aut0

3rd of July Wednesday 2013
Chester getting his LAST pepcid pill!!!

Since Chester developed pancreatitis last November
he was taking an antacid twice a day.
We recently cut him back to once a day
& now ZERO pepcid pills for Chester.
Next, maybe we can get him off the special
expensive diet dog food?

gym time with Maddie
– Kristin is a super awesome instructor
& I let her know!
Her class helps in all my activities –
from biking & volleyball to the obstacle course races.

dogs off duty at Fred’s Breakfast Club

Had a meeting with Gary at Fred’s today.
I met Gary in a round about way through
Bucks County Community College Encore program.
The program is for adults, out of work or
looking to change careers.
Gary is interested in wine & he wanted to get
my take on the wine industry.

Joyce’s favorite parking space was available!!

The dogs come here for doggie mani/pedi’s

She was just getting an inspection, and breaks,
and new filters, and the CD player fixed……

Dominic is an AWESOME mechanic.
I totally recommend him.

Our first official bluebird family this year —
We had 3 others but a House Sparrow killed them all-
but not this time!! woo hoo!

Time for the gym!!
