Monday 6/10/13 Weasel, work, MoMonday, Tree Swallows

Monday 6/10/13

It was quite rainy today & Weasel was WET
after going outside “to do her business”.
The GOOD part is — she LOVES to get toweled off!

Weasel is a great dog….hence her name:
Princess Weasel Great Dog 04

Working from home – that’s usually what happens
on Mondays….. organizing the week.

hmmmmm – this was a REAL sign outside
the GOAT HOLLOW – the restaurant I was going to….
only in Philadelphia…..

GOAT HOLLOW —
Where my “speaking engagement” was being held

GOAT HOLLOW was a totally cool venue.

Tonight I was taking part in the
Inaugural Philadelphia MoMonday

http://momondays.com/

MoMondays™ is like an open mic for people like you with a great story and life lessons to share.

Each event, you experience six to eight speakers tell a few personal stories. Some are funny, some are thought-provoking, all are motivating.

What’s more, you get to socialize with all kinds of wonderful people in a fun, positive environment.

***Let me know if you are interested in telling your story***

I know people……

getting ready for the first Philly MoMonday

Me & friend Rich – he was also speaking

http://richdigirolamo.com/

Rich with Dot Allport (wearing stripes….)
Dot is the co-host of this MoMonday.

Me with Rich & Jack – a friend we met in Philly
last time Rich was in town visiting….
We picked him up at a bar…
& been friends ever since…..

ONE of the many reasons I love Rich –
his BATMAN wallet…..

Momma Tree Swallow — (checked on her 10pm!)
was VERY HAPPY to see her with her babies.
Earlier tonight we found all the babies on the ground.
They are only one day old & certainly would have died
had we not put them back in the nest.
Let’s hope they live!!!
They’ve already overcome adversity –
they should grow up to be strong birds!
Next thing you know I’ll have them
speaking at MoMondays!

Who has time for FEAR??
I’d rather develop the POSITIVES!!!

Al Fresco dining at Panckae Breakfast, Biking, bunny

Sunday 6/9/13

We dined al fresco – we wanted to bring the dogs.
I called ahead for a reservation.
Thanks for being accommodating Dave!

There is a huge cleanup going on right next to
Ivyland Village. There was military housing here

it their home. Neighbors, did you know??

with my bird families.

After biking I went for a mani/pedi –
I HAVE to look good for my job.
I wonder if it can be a business expense??

my business.

Deb (not looking) & I wandered over
to the Iron Abbey for a Philly Beer Week event.

We were here for the EVOLUTION!
I really liked the Lot 3 & 6.
I’m kind of a hop head……
