We were all waiting outside the fitness studio for the SPIN class to end so we could get in & claim our space for Body Condtioning & Abs class

The class is PACKED – there must be 50 people! Kristin is a great teacher.

I stayed afterwards & did the YOGA class. I needed some stretching. The teacher was ok.

Later, sister Pat & I went to Tanner Brothers – the local produce Market – it is perpetually busy. I know I say it every time we go there: It seems like they are giving away stuff for free!

I ended up cooking all day -the Canine Casserole takes awhile, I also made roasted beets & my famous “Mushroom Bacon”

What I really wanted to do all day was just sit & read the New York Times. Finally at 6:16pm I finally got that chance.

EPIC FECTH – I love this!

Who has read this book? The ALCHEMIST by Paul COELHO I read it awhile ago & given my recent job quandary ~ friend RICH suggested I re-read it. The book is a great read & it is shedding some light on my situation. Not sure if it is making things more clear but definitely is making me think! The other good part is – I downloaded it to the Kindle on my iPad which is totally cool. This is my first e-book & I am totally liking it. I am glad Rich suggested I read the book for more reasons than the original intention.

behind those doors is the “Secret Spin Class”. I showed up at 8:10 to take the 8:30 class & was told on the first Saturday of the month the class starts at 8 a.m. with “reservations” taken at 7:30 for a 1.5 hr class. It’s not posted anywhere – you just have to know…. Now I know…….

instead it was the Stair Master – long enough to burn 300 calories – about 45 minutes.

The guy in RED kept strutting around acting like he was MR STUD…..he wasn’t!

Tonight, as a Valentine present I got Michael tickets to the movie: Reveal the Path. we also got the Q & A with the director after the show AND even more exciting: DINNER with the director!!!!!

got a little nuts with the Truffles today… made some Truffled Scrambled Eggs….Sauteed a Truffle spread in truffle butter, scrambled in some truffled cheese & sprinkled with Truffle salt & dash of pepper. sooo good!

Happy Thursday!

It’s always nice to start the day with the gym when I can.

I saw some bluebirds hanging around the yard so I had to get the nest box ready.

AND the bluebird “restaurant” – they like mealworms & peanut butter pellets

finally got an overdue letter written to my pen pal!

Stef is a librarian so I am sure she’ll like this! Anyone else have a pen pal??

LOOK what I got!!!!! — the table I’ve been visiting at Target.

I actually had a couple coupons that saved me $10. The table is perfect for my reading room!

I got Rabbit Ears while at Target too…. Wonder what I’ll be doing with these?? stay tuned!!

Let’s get this class started…. Actually went to the RIGHT class today! yay. Bodyworks plus Abs.

Had to run an errand at Target. No monkey plates – but they did have a monkey cup! I don’t need one of those.

Found this PERFECT end table at Target – but it was expensive – well, I thought so – for Target — $80!!! Maybe I’ll check out Marshall’s or T J Maxx

Tonight I took Michael to the Dr’s. He drove up to Rochester, NY on Monday morning then drove home today because he was sick. Dr L thinks it’s just a sinus infection not the Flu.Rest, antibiotics, fluids.

Went to the gym early to get set up for Body Works plus Abs class……

only problem was — I was at the wrong class!! This was Step plus Abs!!! Not a fan of this class but did it since I was there!

Went Mexican tonight bc I made some Sangria so the pairing was perfect. and I had an Avocado to use up.Sangria is too easy to drink.

one guacamole Tostada was not enough. I used my truffles to make another tasty treat.

Truffled Quesadilla. Black Truffles with Truffle cheese & cooked with the truffle butter….. a lot of deliciousness there!
