The Meridian Plaza blaze killed three firefighters
as it consumed the upper floors of a skyscraper
right next to City Hall. 21 years ago.
I was in the city that day. I remember.

I walked to & from the train station today
(instead of driving) — it was good exercise
(1 mile each way) & I saved $1 for parking.
I also came across this ancient graveyard
that I never knew existed.
Behind the Church across from Walmart

The gravestones were from the 1800’s.

Last night was a special event at the Pour House –
which we didn’t get to because we got done
playing volleyball too late.
We were able to reap the benefits tonight
of last nights event.
We just forgot — Thursday at Pour House –
is WORST BARTENDER night.
this guy is BAD.
I would purposely NOT go here on Thursdays
so I wouldn’t have to deal with the bad service.
He is unattentive & not real friendly.
He’s not drawing in the customers…..
