We had a new class of Wall Street Warfighter’s start the program this week.
Kimeisha- the program director invited me to have with dinner with the guys at the Prime Rib .
It’s a nice way to get to know them  & tell them a little about the business.

8-10-11 Vacation planning dinner at Joyce’s

Tonight we got together to do some vacation planning.
There are a few of us going on a bike trip in a couple weeks.
We are biking from Portland, Maine to Arcadia park –
about 40/miles a day for 7 days.

August 9th 2011 Modern Auto Body

Modern Auto Body is going to get some of my money……
When I went to work this a.m. I noticed my
passenger door had a dent & some scratches.
Have no idea WHERE WHEN HOW this happened?

Mark – the car guy thought something was dropped on it –
it wouldn’t be the first time…….
just to fix this would be $400 – not enough for
an insurance claim

the driver side has this damage on the door —
$450 to fix this — the door used to hit a screw in the
garage when I opened the door. THEN i asked
Michael to move the screw……

this ding is hard to see but i can see it.
Michael dropped a tape measure on it – oops

this was from one of Danny’s hockey sticks falling on my car.
It was being stored in a rack above my car.

To fix EVERYTHING will be about $1000 – yay — guess it could be more?

I REALLY WISH Michael would stop storing stuff ABOVE my car……
seriously…….Once my golf pull cart fell on my car that cost $1000 to fix.

Monday August 8th 2011 breakfast, New ‘do & Foster Dog

We have a new class of Wall Street Warfighter’s starting today.
Kimeisha – the program manager brought in breakfast for the guys
& shared with us too. (thanks Special K!)

The toaster oven in the background is my donation.
They guys kept talking about getting one.
I didn’t talk about it – i just went out & bought one.
Actions speak louder than words.

thought he might like to take it on our vacation

She is a sweet little dog about 30 lbs – beagle/lab mix.

7 August 2011 Real Diamond concert

There was a free outdoor  “Neil Diamond” concert (cover band) in Media, Pa –
about 40 minutes from Ivyland. Friends Joyce, Tanya & I took an adventure
to go see them. It was FUN & were really glad we went!

Saturday August 6th 2011 Beach Volleyball in Atlantic City, NJ

My partner Diana & I played volleyball in Atlantic City, NJ.
It’s kind of nice playing in new locations because you get
different competition. The only downside is there are a lot
of teams from out of town (CA, CT, FL, NC, NY, SC)
and they don’t always know what level to play so they
usually err on the conservative side when they really should
be playing up a level. This is our challenge……

West Coast Green Flash IPA for Michael –
I found none at Circle Liquors but found
PLENTY of wine.

I insisted he check my ID so I could show him
Weasel’s driver license. He WAS amused 🙂

sister Pat & I stopped at Mack & Manco’s Pizza Too –
located in Somer’s Point b/c it’s easier access
than Mack & Manco’s on the Ocean City boardwalk.
We just wanted to get a bite & a pie to go,
not stroll on the boardwalk tonight.
Mission accomplished!

It was GREAT day 🙂
